2. Are Brisario hearing aids right for me?
If you sometimes struggle to follow conversations, need the TV louder, or find it hard to hear in noisy places, our hearing aids could be a great fit. They’re meant for mild-to-moderate hearing loss and aren’t suitable for sudden or severe hearing loss (please see your doctor in that case).
3. Do I need a hearing test or prescription?
No prescription needed! Our OTC hearing aids are self-fit and ready to use. You can choose a preset model or one that connects to our app for personalized tuning.
4. Are these real hearing aids or just amplifiers?
They’re true digital hearing aids, not simple sound amplifiers. They process sound intelligently to reduce background noise and enhance speech clarity.
5. Are Brisario hearing aids FDA-registered?
Yes, our OTC hearing aids meet FDA requirements for over-the-counter hearing devices designed for adults 18+ with mild-to-moderate hearing loss.

8. Are Brisario hearing aids rechargeable?
Yes — all of our models are rechargeable. A full charge usually lasts a full day of use. Just place them in their charging case overnight.
9. How long will they last?
With proper care, Brisario hearing aids typically last 3–5 years. We include a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.
10. Do Brisario hearing aids connect via Bluetooth?
Some of our models include Bluetooth for audio streaming and phone calls. You can find these features listed on each product page.
11. Do you have a mobile app?
Yes! Certain Brisario models use our companion app to personalize your hearing experience. You can fine-tune frequencies, switch environments, and adjust balance easily.

Wipe them daily with a dry cloth and replace wax guards as needed. Avoid water, steam, or harsh cleaners.

Once your hearing aids ship, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow their journey right to your door.
16. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we provide free standard shipping on all hearing aids order within the US (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).
17. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Every Brisario hearing aid comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it.

You have 45 days to try Brisario hearing aids at home, completely risk-free. If they’re not right for you, just return them in their original packaging for a refund.
