Refund policy

Brisario hopes that you are completely satisfied with your hearing aids. We understand that our products may not suitable for everyone, as our guarantee is intended for a clearer listening experience for mild to moderate hearing loss, if you have severe hearing loss or if you haven't tried it out for at least 2-week, the guarantee may not apply.

Return within 45-day Risk-free Trial

Brisario offer a 45-day risk-free-trial from the date you receive the hearing aids, if you don't notice better hearing, you can return them within this 45-day period for a refund. Hereunder is the return process:

Contact us by email at: brisariohearing@brisario.com, we'll listen to your concern and walk you through the process.

If we can't resolve the issue together, and your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

The return must include your order number or it may be delayed for processing. Please use trackable return service so we can monitor its progress, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days. If everything meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and notify you by email. Please allow a few days for the bank/credit card issuer to process the refund and post it.  

⚠️  Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending your item back. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. This ensures proper processing and protects your eligibility for a refund.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees, which may vary depending on their location.

Conditions for Return:

  • The hearing aids must be clean, undamaged and in working condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories (charging case, cable, cleaning brush, ear tips, tools, etc.)and user manual must be included.

Manufacturer Defective

  • If the hearing aid is determined to have manufacturer defect, we will provide a refund or replacement right away.
  • However, if the hearing aid is damaged due to physical damage, water exposure, wax buildup/poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications, we are unable to refund.

Return After 45 Days

  • Returns requested or received after the 45-day trial period are not eligible for a refund.
  • If an unauthorized or late return is received (outside the 45-day period) , it can be sent back to the customer upon request, however, a small handling fee may be applied to cover postage

Damaged and Faulty issues

  •  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Make sure to include your order number and a photo/description of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We will issue a replacement or full refund when the issue is verified.

Returns of Accessories

  • Unopened accessories pack can be returned within 45 days.
  • Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for a refund.
  • When you return your hearing aids, please include all accessories with them.

Warranty

Your hearing aids are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will repair or replace your device at no cost.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water exposure
  • Wax buildup or poor maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications

To repair or replace items not covered under warranty, replacement fees will apply.

Regular maintenance (e.g., replacing domes, wax guards) is essential. Improper care may void your warranty.
