1. When will I receive my order?
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- During processing, we verify payment, perform quality checks, and pack your order carefully.
2. Transit / Delivery Time Estimates
- After processing, shipments generally take 4–7 business days to reach you.
- “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.
- While most deliveries arrive in 4–7 business days, delays may occur due to carrier issues. Brisario is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use trusted carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. We provide full tracking information, insurance, and signature confirmation (where required) for every shipment.
- You’ll receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation email once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.
- You can also get the latest status on your shipment by visiting our order tracking page at any time.
4. Shipping Costs / Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).
- If free shipping does not apply, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
5. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
- We ship to most countries, unless restricted. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

6. Delivery Address Requirements
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate (street address, apartment/suite, postal code, country).
- If your shipping address cannot be verified, we will contact you by email. If we do not hear back within 10 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
- We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly reach out to our customer support brisariohearing@brisario.com as soon as possible.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return it to us.
- We will contact you to confirm your address and reship the order upon payment of additional shipping if needed.
- If a return is unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of a second shipment.
- We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly reach out to our customer support as soon as possible.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please report damage immediately to us (within [e.g. 48 hours]) and retain the packaging & contents.
- For lost or missing shipments, we’ll assist in tracing the package and liaising with the carrier.
- In the event of verified loss or damage during transit, we will replace or refund the order per our return/refund policy.
9. Expedited / Express Shipping
- We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
- If offered, additional charges and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
